Template files, also known as print-ready files, allow our artists to showcase their creativity by submitting designs ready for production. Additionally, we may tweak the color theme to match the fabric’s color requirements. Don’t worry—we’ll inform you of any changes made. If you're unsure how to position your design on our template, no worries! Simply upload your design as it is, and we'll adjust it for you before sending it back for final confirmation

What kind of printing is used?
We offer two distinct production models, each with specialized printing techniques to ensure exceptional quality and precision:
Print-on-Demand Model: All custom products in this model are printed using sublimation, allowing full customization of names, numbers, and logos with exceptional precision and durability. This technique ensures 100% fabric coverage with vibrant, long-lasting prints. Alternative printing methods for specific elements, such as names, numbers, and logos, are available upon request.
Ready-Made Model: For faster availability, ready-made products are crafted using pre-sourced fabric and shaped into final designs. These products feature digital printing techniques such as screen print, reflective print, and other durable print methods, ensuring high-quality finishes without customization options.
In what format should I send the logos and other elements?
It must be submitted in Vector (.ai, .eps) format. If you do not have the Vector file then ask the person who created the logo, they will surely have it. Then send logos and images in the highest possible definition (300 DPI or more). If you send a low-definition image, we will not be able to guarantee optimal print quality.
Will the preview respect the finished product?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will match the final product. Our designs are shown through digital mockups, and object placement, such as logos, names, and numbers, may slightly differ in measurement or placement.

From model creation to design and packaging, we take pride in managing and overseeing all production processes directly within Bangladesh.

Timeframe
How long does it take to get a preview?
We usually take 24 to 48 hours, or earlier, to show the print preview. We typically provide the preview via the contact you’ve provided (WhatsApp, E-mail, or Messenger).
How long does it take for production?
Once your payment is confirmed, production usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. This timeline ensures every step, from customization to quality checks, is meticulously handled to deliver a product that exceeds your expectations.
How long does it take for shipping?
Our delivery service relies on third-party logistics. So exact timeframes may vary and cannot be guaranteed. However, we typically initiate a delivery request within one day of receiving the product from the production house.
Why do you have to wait longer than usual?
We operate on a print-on-demand model, a sustainable approach where products are made only after an order is placed, eliminating the need for inventory and minimizing waste. This method allows full customization, even for small quantities, and ensures ongoing availability as your design can be reprinted as often as you like. While this means, orders will take 2 to 3 weeks to deliver to your doorstep instead of a few days. It is necessary to provide exquisite product quality and to maintain our business model.
Can I get an emergency delivery?
Yes! But, before placing your order, please check if an Emergency Slot is available or contact us. For single
pieces, printing usually begins after a scheduled time. For bulk orders of 10+ items, printing typically starts the day
after you completing all the order procedures. Delivery time depends on availability and our manufacturing process.

Can I try samples?
You can request a sample to evaluate the quality of the product. To access this feature, the order must be for 20+ items. Once the order is processed with a 50% advance payment, we will send you the sample. Please note, in order to receive the sample, you must follow this procedure and request it accordingly.
An order can be canceled only if it is in the "processing" stage, and the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of confirmation or payment. Nineteen Kits reserves the right to decline refund requests submitted beyond this 24-hour window.

To unlock this feature, a minimum order of 10+ pieces is required. We will send you the preview via the contact you’ve provided (Phone Call, WhatsApp, E-mail, or Messenger). And we might contact if it's needed.

For example, if you are outside Dhaka, the base price is 150 BDT, with additional charges for product weight and cash-on-delivery fees. We typically use Pathao Courier for local deliveries. For international shipments, extra costs such as customs VAT or country-specific requirements may apply.
