2. Return the Product:

   • Hand the product back to the delivery personnel during delivery, clearly expressing your intention to return it.
   • Alternatively, return the product through REDX or Pathao within 24 hours of receiving it.

Inspection and Approval

• Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
• If approved, we will proceed with the appropriate refund or replacement.

Refund Options

• For damaged, defective, or non-functioning products:
  You will receive a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

• For mismatched products or errors on our part:
  You will have the option to choose between a full refund or a replacement.

Non-Eligible Returns

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria. This includes:

• Returns initiated after the 24-hour timeframe.
• Products showing signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
