What Is the Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs vary based on location and product weight, both within Bangladesh and internationally. Although, we currently are not shipping internationally.

Below is a rough estimate of our shipping fee. Note that this is not the final shipping fee and is only a rough estimate. It will be calculated when you place an order.

For Bangladesh:

Our base delivery rates are as follows:

For shipments weighing 0-1kg:

  • Inside Dhaka: 70 Taka (approximate)
  • Outside Dhaka: 150 Taka (approximate)
As the shipment weight increases, the delivery charge will also increase, calculated per gram.

Note:

  • For cash-on-delivery orders, a 1% COD charge will be applied to all deliveries.
  • Our pricing is based on the courier services we typically use. In rare cases, an alternative courier may be required, which could result in different fees. If this happens, you will be notified in advance.

Emergency Delivery

For emergency deliveries, such as Pathao Instant Delivery or Uber Parcel,

  • full advance payment of the product is required.
  • The delivery fee will be paid to the rider directly and not to Nineteen Kits.

This service will only be available upon complete payment clearance.

Why Is My Order Being Shipped in Different Packages?

For multi-item orders, we may ship items in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. Popular items on backorder may also ship at different times to minimize delays.

When Will I Receive My Order?

  • For Print-on-Demand products

    • Within Bangladesh: Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks or 10-15 business days (approximately).
    • International Orders: Delivery may take 10–30 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. As international deliveries are handled by a third party, Nineteen Kits will not be responsible for any additional delays caused by their service (if any).

  • For Ready-Made products

    • Within Bangladesh: Within 3–5 business days or earlier (approximately).
    • International Orders: 10–30 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary.

What Happens if My Order Gets Stuck or Lost in the Mail?

If an order is stuck at customs, sent back, or lost, we sincerely apologize. While postal services are beyond our control, we will do our best to assist you. Ensure the correct address is provided during checkout, as incorrect addresses may result in additional costs or undeliverable packages.

Will I Be Charged for Customs and Taxes?

For international delivery, shipping costs vary based on the destination country. We provide flexibility to choose your preferred delivery method during checkout. Additional taxes and fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges will NOT be calculated and shown during checkout. You will have to handle it yourself.

For Orders of 5 or More Pieces:

  • A 50% advance payment is required.

For Orders Under 5 Pieces:

  • If the design includes personal identity elements (e.g., logo, name), NINETEEN KITS may request a 50% advance payment before starting the project.
  • This will be communicated during the payment process.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Customers can choose Cash on Delivery (COD) in the payment form.
  • However, the project will only begin after:
    • Final confirmation via the provided contact information.
    • Receipt of the 50% advance payment (if applicable).

Personalized Designs:

  • A quote will be provided after reviewing the requirements through the provided contact information.
  • A 50% advance payment is required to begin the project.

International Payments:

  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees, duties, or exchange rate differences imposed by financial institutions or payment gateways.
  • International customers have to contact with the Nineteen Kits Support to make international payments.
  • We accept PayPal, TapTap Send, and other location-specific payment methods.
  • Prices are listed in Taka and will be converted to your currency according to the “TapTap send Exhange” before invoicing.
  • Please note that full advance payment is required for international shipments.

Refund:

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria, including:

  • Refund requests submitted after the 24-hour timeframe.
  • Refund requests made once the project has commenced.

Liability:

  • If a payment is delayed or placed on hold by the payment gateway (e.g., bKash, bank transfer) due to issues on the customer’s end, NINETEEN KITS reserves the right to suspend order processing until the payment is fully cleared.
  • Please ensure your contact details are correct to avoid delays.
  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete contact details provided by the customer.
  • All designs include the Nineteen Kits logo by default, which will be printed on the final product. Customers may request its removal before production. If no request for removal is made, Nineteen Kits will not be held liable.

  • If approved, we will proceed with the appropriate refund or replacement.

Refund Options

  • For damaged, defective, or non-functioning products:
    You will receive a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

  • For mismatched products or errors on our part:
    You will have the option to choose between a full refund or a replacement.

Non-Eligible Returns

Order, Production and Liability Policies

This policy ensures transparency and sets clear expectations regarding our design, production, and delivery processes. By placing an order with Nineteen Kits, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Representation

  • We strive to ensure that digital mockups reflect the final product as accurately as possible.
  • Minor differences in color, design placement, or sizing due to screen settings or production processes are inevitable and are not grounds for complaints or refunds.

2. Object Placement and Design Adjustments

  • During production, the placement of elements such as logos, names, or numbers may vary slightly.
  • These variations are part of the manufacturing process and are considered standard, not defects.

3. Customization Exceptions

  • While we generally provide free customization, complex or non-standard requests may incur additional charges, which will be communicated prior to confirmation.
  • Nineteen Kits is not responsible for errors in customization caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
  • All designs include the Nineteen Kits logo by default, which will be printed on the final product. Customers may request its removal before production. If no request for removal is made, Nineteen Kits will not be held liable.

4. Shipment and Delivery Issues

  • Production and delivery timelines provided are approximate. Delays caused by external factors such as logistics, customs clearance, or natural events are beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and other import taxes for international shipments.
  • If a payment is delayed or placed on hold by the payment gateway (e.g., bKash, bank transfer) due to issues on the customer’s end, NINETEEN KITS reserves the right to suspend order processing until the payment is fully cleared.

5. Payment and Refund Limitations

  • Refunds will only be considered within 24 hours of payment. After this period, Nineteen Kits reserves the right to decline refund requests.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for limited quantities. Larger orders require advance payments, which are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

6. Return Policy Limitations

  • Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products returned after this timeframe or found to be damaged, misused, or altered by the customer will not be accepted.

7. Fabric and Material Sensitivities

  • While we ensure high-quality materials, Nineteen Kits is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities to the fabrics used.
  • Customers are advised to review product descriptions for material information before placing an order.

8. Third-Party Services and Errors

  • Nineteen Kits is not responsible for errors, delays, or damages caused by third-party services, including shipping providers (e.g., REDX, Pathao), payment processors, or delivery platforms.

11. Bulk Orders and Group Orders

2. Purchasing Kit Design Rights From Kit Store

  • Customers only have the option to purchase secondary rights to a design from our Kit Store.
  • Nineteen Kits retains the primary rights, meaning we can continue to use, sell, and redistribute the design as we see fit.
  • Purchasing secondary rights allows a customer to use the design exclusively for their team or organization, but they do not hold full ownership of the design.
  • Full ownership rights are not available for purchase, ensuring that all designs remain part of the Nineteen Kits creative portfolio.

Source Files & Transfer of Rights

  • No source files (such as design files, vector files, or editable templates) will be provided to customers unless they purchase full design rights.
  • Any designs used under standard customization will remain under Nineteen Kits’ ownership and control.

Purchasing a Kit vs. Owning the Design

  • Buying a specific kit does not transfer ownership of the kit’s design.
  • The customer does not have the right to use, reproduce, or sell the design for commercial purposes.
  • Kit designs purchased from Nineteen Kits are only for internal team use or personal use and cannot be modified or repurposed for resale.
  • While the customer may use the physical kit as they wish, the design itself remains under the ownership of Nineteen Kits.

3. Purchasing A ‘Personalized Design’ Policy

  • Full Ownership: Personalized designs created by Nineteen Kits belong entirely to the customer. Nineteen Kits is only the designer of the personalized kit.
  • Design Credit & Marketing Rights:
    • Nineteen Kits retains the right to use the design as marketing material for promotional purposes.
    • Proper accreditation must be given to Nineteen Kits as the designer. Any mis-attribution or false claims regarding the design’s origin will be subject to action.
  • Confidentiality & Data Security:
